(Le) Poisson Rouge is a 10,000 square foot, state-of-the-art multimedia
event space and performance venue founded on the site of the historic
Village Gate, located in the heart of Greenwich Village. Our dedication to
the fusion of art, music and revelry has earned us more than 40 reviews by
the New York Times*, since opening our doors just over a year ago. A few
noted events have included the 2009 New Yorker Festival, the 2009 TONY Eat
Out Awards, as well as performances by Paul Simon, Moby and
Norah Jones.
The two adjoining rooms, each equipped with their own full-service bar,
provide an array of flexible configurations for a variety of uses, including
corporate events, live performances, fashion shows, film screenings, holiday
parties and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. Meanwhile, the five-star chef creates
scintillating catering options, in a full-service kitchen, specifically
designed for each client’s needs. Our seasoned events staff provides
turn-key event planning from decor to entertainment for events ranging in size from 50 to 1,100 guests. |
